We have stayed in this cheerful hotel for 1 night, everything was nice, the location was favourable to the Colectivo bus stand. The staff seemed affable. It offered great service and good food too. Location: the venue was near to lot so of channels on tv, a park that has great festivals filled with good food and the center of the town.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was perfect - close to 5th Avenue and the beach, but also quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus terminal and main strip of Playa Del Carmen. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and quite clean, providing a comfortable stay. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was good and provided a nice start to the day.
The slippery tile floors when wet.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable amenities like a big flat screen TV and a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was great, just a short walk from the main street. I also enjoyed the fact that there was a kosher restaurant and supermarket on site, which was convenient for us.
That the air conditioning in the lobby was turned off for half the day, and it got quite hot in there. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

Excellent value for money: This hotel offers affordable rates without compromising on quality. You get more than you pay for here! Convenient location: The hotel is situated in a great spot, close to the bus terminal and just a short stroll away from the main strip of Playa del Carmen. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the local area. Attentive staff: The hotel staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist you with any inquiries or requests you may have. Their helpfulness adds a personal touch to your stay.
Rooms need improvement: While the rooms are decent overall, there is some room for improvement in terms of maintenance and amenities. Nonetheless, it didn't significantly impact my overall experience.

The hotel is conveniently located close to 5th Avenue, just a short walk away. It is not right on 5th Ave, which means you can enjoy a quieter atmosphere away from the bars and bustling crowds. Additionally, it is right next to the departure ADO bus station, making it easy to travel around. Behind the hotel, you'll find a Walmart for your shopping needs, and a few minutes' walk away is the Mega Supermarket for even more convenience.
One downside is that the hotel has thin walls, which means you can hear noises from other rooms and the hallway.

They even had a kosher restaurant and supermarket, which was a great convenience. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a couple of blocks away from the main street. Everything was within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. the showers were spacious and well-designed.
There were a few things that could have been better during my stay. the lobby's air conditioning was turned off for half the day, which made it uncomfortably hot.

The hotel had a decent location - close to the main attractions and shops. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. It was nice to have a pool to relax in during the hot weather.
The noise level was unbearable - we could hear people shouting and slamming doors all night long. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and didn't work properly throughout our stay.
